MMAX

Terms of use

Last updated September 3, 2026
These terms govern your use of MMAX. Using the app means you accept them. They are written to be read — if something here is unclear, that is our problem, and we want to hear about it.
What MMAX is
MMAX is a directory and an information service: it shows you gyms, events, fight cards, fighters, records and credited videos, and it lets practitioners find training partners.
MMAX connects people. It does not organise, supervise, referee, sanction or insure any fight or training session. Any real bout must be arranged and validated by a gym, a federation or a competent commission, under their rules and their responsibility.
Who can use it
Browsing is open to everyone. An account requires you to be at least 16 in the European Economic Area and at least 13 elsewhere.
The fight mode of Fightfinder is closed to minors, without exception. Attempting to bypass that check is a breach of these terms and ends the account.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself.
You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and we tell you why unless the law forbids it.
What you publish
You keep the rights to what you post. You grant us the right to display it inside the service, in every language of the service.
Harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, spam, impersonation and content that is unlawful in the country it targets are forbidden. Automated moderation runs first; a human reviews every report.
Do not post medical, dietary or performance advice presented as professional guidance. MMAX is not a medical service.
Gyms and claims
Gym listings are aggregated from public sources and shown as unverified until someone with authority claims them.
Claiming a gym means asserting that you are entitled to represent it. A false claim ends the account and the listing returns to unverified.
A gym can ask to be removed from the directory at any time, from its listing or by writing to us.
Third-party content
Videos are embedded from the platform that hosts them, with the creator credited, and never re-hosted. We do not control that content and it remains subject to that platform's terms.
Outgoing links to organisations, broadcasters and ticketing sites are provided for convenience. What happens on those sites is governed by their own terms.
Odds and betting
Where odds or betting offers appear, they are informational, they come from third-party operators, and they are shown only where the country allows it, where you have passed the age check, and where you opted in.
Gambling carries a risk of addiction and financial loss. If you need help, contact the support service in your country.
MMAX is not a bookmaker, does not take bets and does not hold funds.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but data comes from external sources: a date, a result or an address can be wrong or out of date. Check anything that matters against the organiser or the gym.
We may change or discontinue features. A change that materially reduces what you get is announced in the app before it takes effect.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, MMAX is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from training, sparring, a fight, a trip to a gym, or reliance on data shown in the app.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — in particular for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Consumers keep every right their national law gives them; nothing here removes those rights.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
If a clause is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
A verified legal contact channel will be published before the public beta.
